Qi Gong is a gentle, slow-paced form of gymnastics derived from Traditional Chinese Medicine. It consists of exercises which, when practiced regularly and daily, help to restore spiritual, psychic and physical balance.
Qi Gong
Qi Gong is a gentle physical practice belonging to Traditional Chinese Medicine. Accessible to all, it quickly relaxes the body and mind by connecting us to joy and inner calm.
At the start of the session, a period of internalization brings us into a calm, relaxed state, conducive to the practice. This is followed by a series of movements that allow the joints to become more supple and the body to open up.

Tai Ji Quan
Meditation, martial art, art of movement, relaxation and breathing training, Tai Ji Quan is all of these.
With practice, confidence grows stronger, energy increases and asserts itself, and sadness gives way to joy.
Tai Ji Quan has become for many Westerners, and for the Chinese themselves, the path to a newfound balance and a way of reaching out to oneself and others.
