This life-size game lets students take on challenges and solve riddles. They'll learn all about mountain animals and how they adapt to their environment. This activity takes place on school premises.
Discover this life-size game with your students. Your students will take up challenges and solve riddles. They'll learn everything there is to know about mountain animals and how they adapt to their environment. We can come to your school (in Haute-Savoie, Savoie, Ain and Vallée d'Aoste) to carry out this activity. The educational approach of this workshop is playful and cognitive. How does it work? From CE1 to CM2, the activity takes the form of themed challenges to free Vidoc, an emblematic animal of the Alps who has found herself imprisoned in a safe... Working in groups, pupils move from workshop to workshop to take up the challenges: adapting animals to winter, birds of prey, life in the forest, predators, chamois and ibex, and finally, the life of the marmot. They search for answers and solve riddles. Will they succeed in freeing Vidoc? A collective correction leads us to share and illustrate the story of this animal animal, which was not chosen at random... From kindergarten to first grade, together and in small groups, students take on challenges and games. The senses are awakened: touching, listening, manipulating, observing... In a playful way, we tackle the following themes: adapting forest animals, predators, chamois and ibex. ibex. A first approach to the main animals that live in the the mountains. Teaching objectives: - Encourage an attitude of observation, discovery and research. - Develop autonomy and the desire to learn. - Discover mountain biodiversity and the food chain. - Discover life's adaptations to winter.
