Meet Albert, who will enthusiastically tell you all about his work as a mountain farmer. Tours, production, milking... Albert will explain it all!

Cheese-making tours are available daily by reservation (except Sunday mornings),
and cow milking takes place at 5:30 p.m. (open to the public).

The farm is located on a dirt road that is passable by car, beyond the Cochenet parking lot, where it is, however, best to leave your car; (Note: Google suggests taking the route through Les Murtines and Les Combes, but this is not possible).

All year round from Monday to Saturday. Closed exceptionally on January 1st, Easter Monday, Feast of the Ascension, Whit Monday, May 1st, May 8th, July 14th, August 15th, November 1st, November 11th and December 25th. Cheese-making by reservation only Subject to certain conditions; contact the tourist office.
