Sound massage - individual session

Sound massage is a relaxation method that uses the vibrations of therapeutic singing bowls and other vibratory instruments to harmonize body and mind.

Sounds act on brain waves and water in the body, promoting deep relaxation, tension release and energy rebalancing.

The session lasts 1h30, including a welcome exchange, the 60-minute treatment and a final moment of sharing. This practice helps to reduce stress, improve general well-being and restore inner harmony. It does not replace medical treatment.

Sound massage is not practiced in the following cases:

People with pacemakers
pregnant women
Epileptics
People with bipolar or schizophrenic tendencies (sounds could trigger a seizure)

One price: 60 to 120 € (90€ = total duration exchange + 2h 30 treatment with other vibratory instruments (tubalophone, crystal bowl, handpan, tuning fork,)
120€ = total duration 3h with vibratory instruments + 30-minute drumming and singing treatment).
