River fishing

In Cordon, it's possible to fish in the 1st category rivers with 1 rod and 2 hooks, and also in the Arve valley lakes (1st & 2nd category).

Fishing in Haute-Savoie is open from March 8 to October 12, 2025.

To fish, you need a Haute-Savoie fishing licence, even for children; you can buy it at Sallanches Tourisme (15 minutes away).

The maximum catch is 3 trout per day and per angler, with a minimum size of 25 cm.
