Qi Gong is an age-old discipline for maintaining health... With regular practice, the body becomes more supple and physical and mental tensions are released. Simple, slow and harmonious Qi Gong movements balance body and mind. Sessions begin with joint mobilization or self-massage, and meridian stretching. This is followed by simple movements that vary from class to class (Qi Gong of the Seasons, Wu Dang, Zhi Neng Qi Gong), and according to the season. This practice is accessible to all, with no age limit, and adapts to each individual. To practice Qi Gong is to take time out for yourself, to calm your inner self. Catherine Ouvrard, Qualified Qi Gong teacher since June 2016, I continue to train regularly.
