Pizza-making class with your private chef at home

Now you can have your own personal chef at home for a meal—and it's even possible for pizzas. Class organized by Pepizzella

He’ll bring his trailer (a replica of an old Citroën van)—if space allows—along with his mobile workstation and his oven, which he’ll set up on the patio or in the garden as close as possible to you and your guests so you can all enjoy the show.

The chef uses a wood-fired oven, preparing and topping the pizzas right in front of your guests to create a convivial experience centered around pizzas made with ingredients selected in advance with you.
All you have to do is enjoy the moment and savor the meal. Try the Pepizzella experience and discover the sweet pizzellas at the end of the meal.

The chef is available for various types of events in the Mont Blanc region, but can also come to your area if you’d like!

• Custom Service. 10–30 PEOPLE. The service includes: Preparation of long-fermented pizza dough using minimal yeast, sourcing of desired ingredients, their preparation, and the creation of one or more pizza recipes at the client’s request, travel*, setup, total preparation time, and service. • Pizza workshop. 9–15 PEOPLE The service includes: Travel to the venue, advice and tips from the chef, creation of the client’s pizza recipe, shaping the dough, managing the baking process with advice and assistance as needed, tasting or taking the pizza home, and advice on how to reheat it without losing quality. 60€ / PERSON
