Just like urban parkour, it’s all about having fun! Running, scrambling, climbing, jumping: “parkour” in the great outdoors turns nature into a real adventure playground!
Meet at the Lezaive d'en Haut parking lot (at the start of the forest road).
What to bring: Clothing and shoes suitable for sports, a small backpack, a hat, and a snack
