Let's have fun finding them to understand the life of this discreet animal. This workshop takes place outdoors. Its educational approach is playful and sensory. How it works : Long extinct in Haute-Savoie, the beaver has returned to maintain the riverbanks. Let's set out on the territory of an authentic beaver family to discover all its secrets. During an easy stroll, students look for clues to their presence. But where are the famous gnawed trees? Using all the clues they've observed and interactive games, students discover how beavers live. How do you recognize a beaver? What do they really eat? What does its tail do? What's its history? The beaver and its environment will no longer hold any secrets for you! Learning objectives : - Acquire an attitude of observation and research. - Understand how species interact in an ecosystem. - Discover the aquatic environment and an emblematic species.
