The "Cordon d'hier pour demain - association du patrimoine" association, invites you to discover Mamie Titane's authentic recipe for making a Yule log... without baking! The apprentice patissiers will meet on Tuesday December 23, 2025 from 9am to 12pm in the Mont-Blanc room of the Echo du Jaillet (downstairs, on the Mont-Blanc side). Places are limited, so remember to book in advance, and if you can, you'll need to bring along a few utensils to complete your mission (list available soon). The association will provide the ingredients.
