This triplex with a garden-level floor features 3 rooms and a mezzanine, parking in front of the chalet, and a garage. It is located 1 km from the village center and less than 3 km from the ski area, with a shuttle stop (“Les Riches”) 50 meters away in winter.

On the garden level:

• A fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, espresso machine, electric kettle) with a dining area (table and chairs), opening onto the garden via two entrances.
• 1 bathroom with a bathtub and shower
• Garden with gas grill and garden chairs. Laundry room with washing machine and electric dryer. Separate toilet.
• 1 bedroom sleeping 4 with a window, featuring 2 bunk beds (90x190) and 2 beds (90x200),

Upstairs:

• 1 bedroom with a 160x200 bed, featuring French doors opening onto a balcony,
• 1 bathroom with a corner bathtub, shower, and toilet
• A living room with an 8-seater sofa, Orange TV channels, Netflix, Bluetooth speaker, free Wi-Fi, and a wood-burning stove.
• A furnished balcony with an outdoor sofa.

On the mezzanine:

• A sleeping area (140x190 bed) opening onto a panoramic window, with an attached walk-in closet.
• A game area.

Other:

A hidden TV, games for all ages, and binoculars for gazing into the distance are provided. Not to mention an outdoor spa area dedicated to relaxation after wonderful days of skiing in winter or long hikes in the mountains in summer and fall. Low-season rates in November
High-season rates for winter break, Christmas, New Year’s, and from mid-July to mid-August.
Sheets, linens, and towels are provided, and end-of-stay cleaning is included in the price.
The beds are made upon arrival.
Security deposit of 1,000 euros (uncashed check), refundable at the end of your stay if no damage occurs.
