In winter, you're right in the middle of the ski area. The ski slopes are just 3 meters from the building. Put on your skis on the terrace of your home. The blue slope takes 5 minutes to reach the ski school meeting point and the start of the ski lifts 300 m downhill. This 31 m² 2-room apartment is on the garden level, with views of Mont Blanc from every room. The kitchen is well equipped: induction hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher... The bedroom has a large 160 x 200 bed with a large closet and parquet flooring. The living room features a dining area and a sleeping area with a comfortable 2-seater sofa bed (140cm) and television. The bathroom has an Italian shower and electric towel dryer. Separate WC. Underfloor heating in all rooms with auxiliary convector heaters; balcony and terrace; on level -1: closed garage, outdoor parking (built in 2010): Linen rental (€8 per person per week); sheets provided and beds made on arrival. It can be combined with the neighboring 5-person apartment, connected by an interior corridor (we can then accommodate 9 people). In summer, there's a lawn terrace with deckchairs and barbecue. Above the chalet is the alpine pasture with cows, horses and, if you're still climbing, chamois and ibex... A 30-minute drive will take you to numerous lakes for swimming, fishing and windsurfing.
