Le Refuge is located right on the slopes at an altitude of 1300m. In winter, you can put on your skis right on the terrace: we're right in the middle of the Cordon ski area. The ski slopes pass right in front of the building. The "Les Charnes" snowshoe loop starts at the end of the parking lot. In summer, you'll be at the gateway to the mountain pastures, the starting point for numerous hikes. The view of the Mont-Blanc chain is one of the finest in the region. Peace, nature and the beauty of the panorama are the strong points of our location. A 20-minute drive away, you can enjoy the beach and swimming at Lac de Passy or Lac des Ilettes, as well as the famous Combloux Biotope. To discover our region, we're just 1 hour's drive from Chamonix, Geneva, Annecy and Aosta (Italy)... Mont Blanc" apartment with mountain decor and "East" exposure facing the Mont-Blanc range: sleeps eight. We rent for 7-day periods (Saturday to Saturday) during school vacations. Outside school vacations, 2-night minimum rental possible: please contact us for rates. The apartment has closed stalls, a south-facing balcony and an east-facing terrace (deckchairs and garden furniture in summer). The upstairs apartment has 2 levels: Level 1: fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, large-screen TV lounge. 1 bedroom: (1x160) 1 bathroom (Italian shower) 1 separate toilet 1 terrace 50m2 with ballast and a south-facing balcony.
