In winter, you're right in the middle of the ski area. The ski school meeting point and lift ticket office are 300 m below. You can ski there in 3 minutes on a blue run. Suitable even for beginners and children. At the same point, you'll find the start of the lifts for experienced skiers, and a little further down, the children's teleskis and the beginners' snow line. In summer, there's a grassy terrace with deckchairs and barbecue. Above the chalet is the alpine pasture with cows, horses and, if you're still climbing, chamois and ibex. It's a starting point for the most beautiful walks! A 30-minute drive will take you to lakes where you can swim, fish or windsurf. This apartment was completely refurbished at the end of 2010. The apartment is ideal for 3 people, but can also accommodate 5. The bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200) + a single bed (90) + a large closet. The floor is parquet. The 2-seater sofa bed (140) in the living room is a real bed. Separate WC, independent bathroom with Italian shower. Facilities: TV, kitchenette, induction hob, microwave grill, fridge, dishwasher; underfloor heating in all rooms + convector heaters, towel dryer; balcony and terrace; closed garage, outdoor parking. Linen rental (€8 per person per week); sheets provided and beds made on arrival; Can be rented for 9 people in combination with the other 4-person apartment next door: they are connected by an interior corridor and an exterior balcony.
