A 2-room apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the second floor of a residence consisting of 2 chalets, situated near the ski area, the ticket offices, and the ESF meeting point. A shuttle stop is nearby during the winter.

• Living room: BZ convertible sofa, small table with stools, television, two bunk beds (folding up against the wall)
• Kitchen area: refrigerator, glass-ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, conventional oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, raclette and fondue sets, dishes.
• Bedroom: 2 single beds or one double bed
• Bathroom: bathtub, shower stall, and sink
• Separate toilet
• Outdoor area: west-facing balcony with views of Grand Croisse Baulet and Tête du Planet, furnished with a retractable table, 2 chairs, and an ashtray

Accommodates 6 people but offered for 4 only (+1 child possible).

Ski locker. Assigned parking space in a covered communal parking lot; outdoor parking is also available. Available upon request: travel crib, baby bathtub, bath ring, high chair. Check-in from 4:00 PM (late check-in possible via key fob); check-out by 12:00 PM.

Pets allowed only upon request (additional fee of €20 per pet)

You’ll arrive to a spotlessly clean apartment; I expect it to be just as clean when you leave if you decline the cleaning service. Please note that I have high standards.

Any rental not booked online will be based on a written contract that will be sent to you by email. A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking, with the balance due no later than one week before check-in. A security deposit of €400 by check is required at the time of booking. The check will be held and not cashed; it will be returned if everything is in order upon checkout.
