The apartment offers all the necessary amenities and features a balcony. It faces south, and the area is quiet and sunny. It is rated as a 2-star “Vacation Rental.”

• Kitchen area: 4-burner electric stove, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender, hand mixer
• Living room: 2 sofa beds, flat-screen TV with Chromecast, and access to the balcony (table and 4 garden chairs)
• Bedroom 1: one 140 x 190 cm bed, two nightstands, a dresser, and a DVD player
• Bathroom: bathtub, sink, separate toilet

Duvets, pillows, and mattress protectors are provided. Ironing board, iron, and drying rack are available in the apartment. For your comfort, this is a non-smoking apartment with no carpeting. Classified as a 2-star “Meublé de Tourisme” (furnished tourist accommodation).
