Overlooking Mont Blanc, these two guest rooms—located just a stone’s throw from the village center—offer an exceptional view of the Mont Blanc massif.
A quiet and authentic setting. A ski resort is 5 km away in winter, and there are various hiking trails. Non-smoking rooms.
Bed and breakfast accommodations that can accommodate up to 4 people, located on the first floor of a working farmhouse, which also includes the owners’ living quarters on the ground floor.
Access is via an outdoor staircase. From the balcony: each room has its own private entrance, or a shared entrance through the kitchen.
Each room features a breathtaking panoramic view of the Mont Blanc massif, two 80x200 cm beds that can be converted into a large double bed, a TV, Wi-Fi internet access, and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet.
An extra bed is available upon request for Emma’s room.
Breakfast is served in the kitchen shared by both rooms, or in the owners’ living room for early departures. On-site parking; charging station for electric vehicles.
In summer: shared outdoor area with patio furniture, a parasol, and lounge chairs; children’s playground. Cordon village center 200 m away: mini-market, restaurant, and Tourist Office. Town of Sallanches 4 km away.
Skiing: the family-friendly Cordon ski area is 5 km away; the Combloux and Megève ski areas are 7 km away. Hiking trails. In summer: the Combloux biotope lake is 5.5 km away, featuring swimming and a wellness area. Saint-Gervais thermal baths 12 km away. Megève is 20 minutes away; Chamonix-Mont-Blanc is about 40 minutes away by car.

Specific composting (using the farm’s chickens) and recycling programs are in place to reduce waste, while initiatives aimed at conserving water and energy are detailed in the house rules and explained to guests upon arrival. The owner also shares information about sustainable transportation options to encourage eco-friendly travel. An electric vehicle charging station is also available on-site to facilitate travel by electric vehicle, further reinforcing the property’s commitment to sustainable transportation.
Although the farm does not specifically highlight its cleaning product practices, only eco-labeled products are used, ensuring environmentally friendly maintenance.
