Located in the heights of Cordon in the immediate vicinity of the ski area, 27m2 apartment with enclosed sleeping area, sleeps 4, private covered parking.

Situated in the heights of Cordon, a pleasant little mountain village on the "Mont Blanc balcony", the apartment is part of a residence comprising 2 chalets. The residence is in the immediate vicinity of the ski area, the ticket offices and the ESF meeting point (200m). During the winter tourist season, a free shuttle bus takes you to the village and its shops/restaurants in less than 10 minutes. The apartment, on the second floor of the building, comprises: - an entrance hall with cupboard -a living room with sitting area (sofa bed, mini-table, stools, TV) - a fully-equipped kitchen area (fridge, ceramic hob, dishwasher, conventional oven, microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, raclette + fondue machines, crockery) - bedroom (2 single beds or one double bed) - bathroom with bath/shower and washbasin - separate toilet. There are two bunk beds in the living area, which fold away to the wall. The apartment sleeps 6 in total, but is suitable for 4 people (+1 child if required). There's also a west-facing balcony (retractable table + 2 chairs; ashtray), with a view of the Grand Croisse Baulet and the tête de Planet. Finally, it has a ski locker, as well as an assigned parking space in a covered communal parking lot. There are also a few outdoor parking spaces. You will enter a perfectly clean apartment, and I expect the same state of cleanliness when you leave if you decline the cleaning package. Be careful, I'm demanding. Arrival from 4pm (possibility of late arrival thanks to the code box); Departure before 12am. Pets only on request (extra charge 20€/pet) Umbrella bed, baby bath, bath ring, high chair available free of charge on request. All rentals not booked online will be subject to a written contract, which will be sent to you by e-mail. 30% deposit to be paid on booking, balance to be paid at least one week before arrival. Deposit of 400€ by cheque on reservation. Cheque retained and not cashed, returned if all is ok on departure.
