A traditional alpine chalet measuring 250 square meters with a magnificent view of the Mont Blanc range.

7-room alpine chalet that sleeps 25, accessible by car in the summer and on foot in the winter.

Single-story layout:

• Large 80 m² room: living room, dining room, and open kitchen, dining area with 4 tables seating 10 people each, a large living area with 3 sofas and a coffee table, kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and conventional oven, a 5-burner gas stove, and raclette and fondue sets.
• Bathroom: toilet, shower, sink.
• “La Chambrette” bedroom: 18 m², sleeps 4
• “Le Poulailler” bedroom: 11 m² loft bedroom under the sloped ceiling, sleeps 4
• “L’Dorté” bedroom: 18 m² dormitory, sleeps 8

Ground Floor:

• Large 35 m² room: living room, dining room, 1 sofa (sofa bed), kitchen equipped with a 4-burner stove, 2 electric ovens, 1 dishwasher, and 1 refrigerator.
• “Le Peille” bedroom: 18 m², sleeps 4, 2 140-cm beds
• “L’Aître” bedroom: 12 m², sleeps 2, 1 190 x 120 bed
• Bathroom: shower, sink, and toilet; separate toilet

Upper Floor:

• Bedroom 1: sleeps 4 (2 140-cm beds)
• Furnished loft: 2 140-cm beds,

Indoor amenities: TV, DVD player, stereo system with MP3 player. Outdoor amenities: covered patio with barbecue and plancha grill, large lawn, 3 tables (seating 40 people) with benches, pond, and badminton court; rotisserie for suckling pig / méchoui with removable cover. Additional sleeping arrangements available (sofa bed, crib, travel crib). Heating provided by a pellet stove (wood pellets provided).
