Discover our individual chalet "La perle du perron" in Cordon, a small, authentic village nestled in the heart of the French Alps, close to renowned destinations such as Megeve and Chamonix. Our chalet is the ideal place for a dream getaway, right at the start of the hiking trails. It has 3 rooms, a parking space and is 1 km from the village center, 3 km from the ski slopes and 200m from the "Le Perron" shuttle bus stop in winter. Ideal for family stays, with a comfortable en-suite master bedroom and an en-suite "cabin-style" bedroom for children. Also suitable for adults / -PLEASE NOTE: Ceiling height limited to 1.80m. -NOT suitable for children under two (stairs). Ground floor: Entrance hall, laundry room, hand-washing WC, bedroom with bunk beds and en suite bathroom under logs with direct access to garden. Ground floor: High-ceilinged living room with exposed beams, fully-equipped kitchen, dining area for 6, large terrace and balconies. Panoramic view of Mont Blanc and surrounding mountains through large bay windows. -FLOOR: Master bedroom en suite with bathroom under the roof, double bed 140. Private balcony overlooking Mont Blanc and the Fiz mountain range. Other : -Fully equipped and furnished chalet. Pets are not allowed.
