A detached chalet spread over 3 levels, with views of Mont Blanc, the Aravis Range, and the Aiguilles de Warens. It features 6 rooms, a locked garage, and a covered parking area for 2 cars. It is located 1 km from the village center and shops, 4 km from the ski slopes, with a shuttle stop in winter 500 m away at “La Buissonnière.”

-On the ground floor, you’ll find
the entryway, the enclosed garage, the boiler room, and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, an ironing board, and an iron.
-On the first floor, a fully equipped open-concept kitchen with a pantry where you can showcase your culinary skills (5-burner stove with a large electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, ...), a living room, a lounge with a wood-pellet stove, and a semi-covered terrace with a view of Mont Blanc.

• An office with a 140x200 sofa bed and a separate half-bath.
  -On the second floor, the bedrooms—each with a balcony and a view of Mont Blanc—are equipped with adjustable beds:
  - Bedroom 1 (1 80x200 bed on a loft and 1 160x200 bed that can be separated into 2 80x200 beds),
  - Bedroom 2 (1 160x200 bed on a mezzanine and 1 160x200 bed that can be separated into 2 80x200 beds),
  - Bedroom 3 with a view of the forest, mountain stream, and the Aravis mountain range (1 bed measuring 160x200 that can be separated into 2 beds measuring 80x200)
• The 2 bathrooms, one of which includes a toilet, are each equipped with a walk-in shower.

Baby gear available upon request. No smoking.
Linens and bed sheets provided. Beds made upon request; cleaning included.
Stone, hardwood, and tile floors.
Pets are not allowed.
