Level 1: fully-equipped kitchen opening onto living room, large-screen TV lounge. 1 bedroom (1x160) 1 bathroom (Italian shower) 1 separate toilet 1 terrace 50m2 to the east and a balcony to the south. Level 2: 1 bedroom: (1x160 + 1x80) 1 bedroom : (1x160 + 1x80) 1 large bathroom 1 separate toilet 1 lounge: games, reading, DVD (possibility +2 children's beds: 120cm sofa). Level 0: ski lockers. Pets welcome. Owner: Mme MABBOUX Brigitte In winter, you can put on your skis right on the terrace: we're right in the middle of the Cordon ski area. The ski runs pass right in front of the building. The "Les Charnes" snowshoe loop starts at the end of the parking lot. In summer, you'll be at the gateway to the mountain pastures, the starting point for numerous hikes. The view of the Mont-Blanc chain is one of the finest in the region. Peace, nature and the beauty of the panorama are the strong points of our location. A 20-minute drive away, you can enjoy the beach and swimming at Lac de Passy or Lac des Ilettes, as well as the famous Combloux Biotope. To discover our region, we're about 1 hour's drive from Chamonix, Geneva, Annecy and Aosta (Italy)... We rent for 7-day periods (Saturday to Saturday) during school vacations.
