The Accommodation:
Located on a sunny hillside, on the upper floor of a single-family home, a 60-square-meter self-contained apartment with a beautiful entryway that can be converted into an office if you’re working remotely, a master bedroom, and a lovely fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a large living room with sloped ceilings and wood paneling, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
You’ll also have access to a sheltered balcony where you can enjoy lunch, a cup of coffee, or an aperitif while admiring the Mont Blanc massif.
For coffee, we’ve provided a high-quality espresso machine. To treat yourself in the winter, there’s also a raclette machine and a fondue set.
In the bathroom, you’ll find a beautiful modern shower and a toilet.
The terrace is on the ground floor, where you can relax while sipping a cup of tea.

Guest Access:
There is a parking space parallel to the house, across from the main entrance. Please do not park in front of the staircase.
To access the apartment, take the first concrete staircase to the right of the house, then a second wooden staircase at the back of the house.
The area known as “La Plagne d’en Haut” is accessible by car and on foot and serves as the starting point for several hikes.

Located 1 hour and 15 minutes from Geneva Airport, 20 minutes on foot from the village of Cordon, and 5 minutes by car, you’ll find a bakery, a Sherpa store, a bar, a newsstand, and a restaurant. For summer swimming, there’s a recreational center 25 minutes away by car.

And of course, the mountains all around—perfect for hiking and skiing—including Chamonix, Megève, St. Gervais, Les Contamines, and the family-friendly resort of Cordon, of course! In winter, the free shuttle—just a 2-minute walk away—can even take you directly to the slopes!
